Can’t find guitar sheet music only tabs show up?
I hate learning a song from tablature. I cannot read it and learned to read regular sheet music. However, when I go to search for a song I want in notes not tabs, I can’t find any. Does anyone know of any sites that sell solo songs for guitar in noted sheet music? No tablature! Songs I am looking for are Time in a Bottle by Jim Croce, and Diary by Bread…other classic rock songs also.
The “Finger Style Guitar” series shows notes in both tab and standard notation.
Another series that usually includes both tab and standard notation is the “Guitar Solo” series.
More specifically, “Time in a Bottle” is presented in the book titled, “Fingerpicking Acoustic”. This is presented in both standard notation and TAB.
I’m not sure about “Diary”.
